About LADY FORTUNA SPA
LADY FORTUNA SPA is a massage spa at 1009 E Amar Rd in West Covina, California. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 from 35 reviews. Reviewers mention massages most often, describing a relaxing, clean visit, while lower ratings cite a tip request, a pricing disagreement and a phone call. The spa is open every day from 9 AM to 10:30 PM and accepts credit cards.
What LADY FORTUNA SPA offers
LADY FORTUNA SPA is listed as a massage spa, with spa and massage as additional categories. Massage is the service reviewers name. One 5-star review from a year ago calls the massage good and plenty relaxing, and says the reviewer saw nothing dirty and noticed no bad smell.
Another reviewer, writing 3 years ago, says it was a first-ever massage, so the spa appears to see first-timers as well as returning customers.
What customers say about LADY FORTUNA SPA
The overall rating is 4.5 from 35 Google reviews. Of the five excerpts available, two give 5 stars, one gives 2 stars and two give 1 star, so the written feedback is more mixed than the average suggests.
The positive reviews describe a relaxing massage in a clean room. One 5-star review from 2 years ago praises a facial and the front desk service, though it names Ms Lady Med Spa in Chino Hills, so it may refer to a different location.
The critical reviews concern money and communication. One review from 10 months ago says the reviewer paid $20 and was asked for another $20 as a tip, and plans to report the business. A 2-star review from 3 years ago describes a bait and switch without giving details. A 1-star review from 2 years ago says a call to the listed number was answered rudely with a claim that it was the wrong number.
Hours, prices and payment at LADY FORTUNA SPA
The spa is open seven days a week, 9 AM to 10:30 PM, with the same hours Monday through Sunday. That makes it one of the later-closing options for an evening appointment.
The listing gives no price level. On value, reviewers raise concerns rather than praise: one reports a second $20 request on top of the amount already paid, and another felt the offer changed after arrival. Credit cards are accepted.
Location and access
LADY FORTUNA SPA is at 1009 E Amar Rd, West Covina, Los Angeles County, California, United States.
The listing notes a wheelchair accessible entrance, accessible parking and an accessible restroom. None of the review excerpts comment on parking or on finding the building.
Good to know before visiting LADY FORTUNA SPA
The reviews do not say whether walk-ins are accepted or whether booking ahead is needed. Reviewers who reported problems pointed to tipping expectations and a change in what was offered, so confirming the full cost with staff before a treatment starts is a practical step, as is checking the number used to call. Opening hours run until 10:30 PM every day of the week.

Ms Lady Med Spa in Chino Hills is a fantastic place. They did a great job on my facial. The front desk staff provided nice service! I will come again next time!

I gave him $20, and he wanted another $20 tip. I'm going to report this shady establishment.
